This vase, superbly painted with vivid enamels of the Famille rose palette with a well painted in bright enamels with peony and immortal. Another noteworthy feature of the present piece is the extensive application of pink color across the dish. The boarders having wonderful traditional peony, diaper structures in pale turquoise. A type of porcelain painting popular in the Republic period was Fencai and Famille rose.
